Open Question: I have intense shoulder pain and need help.?
As the title says. I’m 23 and live in Texas. I have shoulder pain in both shoulders to where some days it’s hard for me to get out of bed. I can’t get medical help because I have no insurance or job and don’t want to put my family under debt. It is a very regular problem, but some days it doesn’t hurt too bad and I can function fairly normally. However since it does “flare” up to extreme points I can’t hold a job down because I can barely move my arms. Even if I grit my teeth and try as hard as I can it’s physically impossible some days and just causes extreme pain that extends into my neck sometimes.

I really just don’t know what to do. I can’t work. I can’t get medical help, because I have no money from not working. I am just out of luck. I have called different places that claimed to be “Free Clinics” but of course nothing is available for me. Can anyone, anyone at all please tell me what to do. I am going to starve to death soon if I can’t figure something out. I need to know if there is anything at all I can do.

**Other details** I have no idea what is wrong with them. Random people have given me their input, but nothing that helps or medically backed up. They are ALWAYS in pain. The worst days, as I said above, I can barely get out of bed because I can’t pick myself up. I am 5’7″ and 120lbs. I am not overweight and fairly good shape. I have tried exercising them lightly on my “good” days. The only thing it leads to is them getting even worse than before so I stopped. On my “good” days I can usually work outside doing manual labor etc I have a high pain threshold for the most part, but if I extend my arms out and have any weight even an extra 5lbs over the weight of my arms it can bring me to my knees. I have to be very careful in the direction I move my arms or my good day goes to a bad one quickly. How often it occurs seems to have to do with weather as well. Cold outside every day is horrible, Rain usually throws me for a bad loop for around a week.(I sound like my grandmother) and um…warm sunny weather I’m usually ok 3 days out of the week or so unless I do something to hurt them. If I fall I pretty much just hit the ground because if I try and catch myself I end up in worse condition. I am desperate for any input. So, anyone…please help me.
