Open Question: Can I keep her under my insurance?
My daughter is 17 and wants to get married. She lives with her boyfriend and his parents. They are a very good family. I have nothing bad to say about them. My question is, can I keep my daughter covered under my health insurance after shes married or is that a no no? She doenst have health insurance yet and I dont think her man does either. I dont want her to be left with no coverage. What can I do besides stopping her from marrying?
Open Question: Can (bad) allergies cause hearing loss+severe tinnitus?
Sometime in late April, I was taking a shower when my hearing suddenly went out and got all muffled, felt and sounded like I got water in my ear but I didn’t, I have been to one ENT who put me on prednisone to no avail, but I can’t go back due to what this condition has been doing to me.
I did get an audio gram done on my first and second visit, showed a 30-40% loss in hearing in my right ear, my right nostril is almost always blocked up, and the tinnitus has been getting worse over the months. I can pinch my nose and blow gently and feel my ear clear out and I can get a good portion of my hearing back, but as soon as I yawn or swallow it pops back to the way it was. I can’t get normal sleep at ALL because of the ringing that developed later on so its been really hard get/keep a job or go to school so I can get insurance back to see another doctor.
So here I am at 3:45 AM trying desperately to find some answers to what this is or how I can possibly find some way to treat this, sorry for my poorly organized paragraph, or if some of this doesn’t make sense, but I am at wits end with no sleep, so bare with me.
Some key notes I would like to point out for an easier reading.
-30-40% hearing loss in right ear, can temporarily get a portion of hearing back by using the ‘Valsalva Maneuver’
-Right nostril is usually always blocked up.
-Tinnitus started a couple weeks after hearing went out, gradually got worse, seems to have stopped getting louder.
-ENT said my ear looks fine from the outside, no wax or damage.
-Hard to explain, but I can hear myself louder inside my own head on my right side (slightly), as well as stuff like the water from a shower hitting my head. Makes me believe that I have some type of fluid build up inside.
-Due to my very high pain tolerance, I couldn’t say if my throat/sinuses are hurting.
I am wondering if this can all be caused by allergies, as I live upstairs in a not so dust free house with a very thick carpet and 3 pets as well, around 6 months now I have been dealing with this so it has me wondering if this is permanent.
Any help would be appreciated, I would normally be at a doctors right now, but as I slightly described earlier.. the tinnitus has gotten so bad it is interfering with my life, I am 19 and living at my parents right now, since I can’t get normal sleep, I cannot go to school to get back on their insurance or keep a job to try and pay for some of it myself.

Hello, I am in a miserable position right now. My dad has been considering buying a convenience store for some time, and this month of October he has finally achieved his goal and now it is time for the business closing next week. I worked for about nine months at my old job and then got laid off permanently due to the company closing. Now I am unemployed, I also want to go back to school for Cancer Registry field. I really don’t want to work at my dad’s convenience store it is not something I would enjoy doing either. I feel miserable to the point that I just want to end my life. He gives me no choice right now. If he knew that I didn’t want to work at the business, he would still buy the store and make me work there for free, because I am already getting money from the unemployment insurance. After six months or so, he says I will probably receiving a monthly salary of $2000.00 In my mind this is not enough for twelve hours a day seven days a week. It would be suicide to me. I want to start my cancer registry program after tax season of 2010 because then I would get my tax rebate to pay for the tuition. My goal in life is to move out of state from my parents and have a family and career of my own. I don’t want my parents running my life anymore and taking my unemployment money. Oh God someone give me some advice before I commit suicide!!!! I have nothing I can do to change this situation!!! Why does God punish me this way?!!!?
