Ok, I got hurt while working back in june and didnt report itt or even think anything of it when it happend, people have told me you are supposed to report it even if you think med attn isnt necessary at the time;didnt know that..anyways.. my son recently died and did not name a beneficiary the insurance company says his father gets half i raised him alone f0r 20 years and he owes 10000 in arrears in child support . i have always had physical custody of him and he lived with me at the time of his death.why does he get half ?
