Open Question: What do i do about my depression?
I have had depression my whole life. i can recall instances when I was under the age of ten where I would try and make myself fall into a knife and try to kill myself. I have always brought this up and tried to tell my parents, but my mom would always say, oh you just think you are sad. 5 years ago, my sister passed away and my depression symptoms got really bad. I have told my mother that I have depression several times and she claims that I dont. I have never been able to strike a chord that this is real.
What I am wondering is what can I do? I am currently in a severe state of manic depression. I would love nothing more than to go to the doctor, as I am 18 now, but I do not have any insurance, so for the time being, I cannot go to the doctor. What are some home remedies or something that I cant take for this? When i do get some insurance, i do plan to go the the doctor.

I’m in my late 20′s. I have a lot of automotive experience. I am strongly considering going back to school and/or changing my career. How would I go about getting into insurance. Automotive claims adjuster is something I’ve thought about. Anybody have any knowledge of this field? Pay? Work-life balance, training, getting certified??? Thanks
Open Question: Why does your city have the worst drivers in the world?
I think that everyone claims this! So, where do you live and why are the worst drivers in the world there?
The other day, I was almost in 3 accidents in the time span of less than 1 hour…none of which would have remotely been my fault. First, I was at an intersection where the power was out, which means that it was a 4-way stop (the lights weren’t flashing…just out). Well, the guy on the other street apparently didn’t know this and almost t-boned me. Then, I was turning left at an intersection with a dual turn lane. The guy in the left lane did a lane change into the right lane as he was turning and almost sideswiped me (I went into the parking lane to avoid him). Then, I was making a left turn at an intersection with a light. I had a turn signal, but for some reason, the guy at the red light facing me decided that he had the right of way. He was very animated in trying to tell me that I was in the wrong until I pointed out the red light to him.
In addition to all of this, I had to write off my last car. I have never been in an accident in my life. My car had been hit 4 times while it was parked, then my husband rear ended a bus just to add insult to injury. Not a single person who hit my car while it was parked even attempted to find me. When I got my new vehicle, within a week it had a huge scratch where someone sideswiped it in a parking lot. I was smart with this one, and paid for additional insurance for a $50 deductable.
So, why are the people where you live crappy drivers? 10 points for the most amusing story!
No TD from me, but apparently we have a TD fairy out today!
I’m in Regina, Saskatchewan, btw. We have a bunch of old farmers out here. That, combined with the people who have a cell phone attached to their ear 24/7 makes driving a huge challenge, especially if you actually know what you are doing!
