Open Question: Pension Plan – What is fair?
I have been in a commonlaw relationship for 5 years. It has been a difficult relationship, due to his drinking. I have stuck by this man, and helped him to atleast slow down his drinking as he will never actually stop. I dug him out of a hole when I met him, only to find a beautiful, caring person behind the scenes.
He has 2 daughters, and a ex girlfriend the mother of the girls. He has proveded child support regualrily, as well as many of thousands of dollars extra on a regular basis, as his ex does not pay her bills and gets evicted from everywhere.
He has purchased them everything they wanted and more. The last time we saw them was at Christmas. They came to pick up their expensive presents from their dad, laptop computers, cell phones, etc. Only to never hear from them again. Even on his birthday, not even a phone call.
He gave his ex a new van, so the girls would have a way to get around. It actually was my van. Long story.
Anyways, at present his beneficiary to his work pension is his ex wife. This is wrong we both know that.
The girls seem to have disowned him due to his ex wife bad mouthing him, and blackmailing the girls, into telling them what went wrong in their relationship.
We purchased a home together, I contirbute financially, pay for all the food etc etc.
Who should his pension go to, his commonlaw spouse or his girls, whom seem to be like their mother, irresponsible???
I FEEL USED
I pay, look after him and his daughters, whom by the way like me, but when something happens to them, how should this be handled. He does have a couple of life insurance policies as well???
Open Question: I have a gov’t theory. I believe it would work after about 3 years, and I don’t see why not. Opinions!?

I am young, but I have a fire in my heart to end the political deadlock that this country finds itself in. I study world economic policies and pollitical trends in my free time.
Now there is more detail that I have (Personal freeze and spread wealth is for wealthy people who can not use their money responsibly)

Open Question: is there an insurance policy that will pay out monthly aswell as my life insurance?
I am looking for a policy that will pay out monthly to my wife,say until my children are 18 in the event of my death,completely seperate from my life insurance so she would get that aswell. Is there such a policy?
It baffles me how we (Americans) concentrate on global issues and forget our own people. We too, have starving ppl w/ no clean water.
