Open Question: need medical advice irritable bowel syndrome?
Today I was sitting in my dorm with my room-mates smoking a joint and the most disturbing thing happened to me. We had been sitting in a circle on the floor in the middle of our dorm. Anyways, when I was ready to get up a friend of mine gave me a hand and pulled me up. i got up very quickly and by the time I had risen to my feet i realized that I had soiled myself. I froze and immediately everyone could smell it. Everyone ran out and I cleaned myself. I called my partner and he was so disgusted. I don’t know what’s happening to me.I’m scared that i have some kind of STD and i cannot afford a doctor. I don’t have campus insurance so i cannot even see my schools nurse about this. i got told that a insurance company has the right to randomly drug test you whenever they want to make sure your clean, my insurance company is state farm, I’ve not smoked weed for about 2 weeks now not just because i got told i was gonna be randomly drug tested but just because i really haven’t felt like doing it lately, I’ve been told many things that they could or couldn’t, i believe that they can’t unless you are in a accident or give them a reason, so any help would be appreciated
Open Question: Is it a good idea to not have health insurance?
I’m 15 years old, and the only thing that my parent’s health insurance pays for is my orthodontist appointments and when I go to the dermatologist. These are really only teen problems (braces and acne). Other than that, I don’t go to the doctor. If I have the flu, I don’t see how the doctor will help me. I didn’t go when I had swine flu, and I got past it after a week.
So the way I see it, I really have no need for health insurance. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t eat poorly, I exercise. Would it be a bad idea to not have any health insurance to save money?
I haven’t needed medicine from a doctor for years. When I was an infant, sure. But I can’t remember the last time I needed medicine from a doctor.
